Product Description
DG-brewery equipment mainly is consisted of 6 systems in beer brewing filed.
1.Brewery -- Mill system
Double roller mill machine adjust the milling degree of malt and is made by AISI sus304
2.Brewery -- Mash system
To convert the wort to fermenting sugar
2-vessels : mash/lauter tun,boiling/whirlpool tun or 3-vessels (with hot water tank to help to improve the efferency of saccharification).
3.Brewery -- Fermentation system
To convert the fermenting sugar to fresh and mature beer
Beer fermentation tank and beer bright tank
4.Brewery -- cooling system
To help for making the temperature of hot wort lower and make the wort to suitable fermenting
Ice water tank,refrigerating unit and circulate pump
5.Brewery -- Cleaning system
To make all the tanks easy cleaned
Moving vehicle,alkali tank,sterilization tank and washing pump
6.Brewery -- Control system
To make the whole process get control by using this control panel
